Order Processing Time
Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed. Once orders are processed they are sent to our warehouse to be packaged and shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days for packages to be shipped. You will receive tracking numbers when package is shipped.
We offer FREE Worldwide Shipping. We currently ship to over 30 countries including United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and many others.
Many of our products are limited stock and in high demand. Please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery.
Important Note: Due to COVID-19 there are long delays in shipping. Please be aware that if you place your order it may arrive in weeks or months depending on the current state of the pandemic in your country and around the world. We ship internationally and have been affected by the pandemic in many ways. If you are unwilling to wait for your order to arrive please consider ordering at a later time. We are an international company with multiple online stores with warehouses and suppliers throughout the world. When you place an order with us your order will be fulfilled by one or more of these warehouses. You may receive multiple packages for your order. Each warehouse will process a portion of your order and ship it out directly.
End January to Early February Orders
After the holidays we take a little time to ourselves. We are still open for business as usual and will continue to process orders as they arrive, however with limited staff during this time expect some delays in your order being processed. As well, some of our warehouses are in China and they take time away from work to celebrate their New Year during this time. If your product is being processed by one of these warehouses they will be delayed in being shipped. We really appreciate your order and ask for your patience during this time.
